3.5 jl86 may at any time, and without prior notice, suspend or terminate any account in which fraudulent activity, terms violations, or regulatory concerns are identified.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the jl86 platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl86 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, QR Ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) is ₱100. Minimum bank transfer deposits may vary.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount via GCash or Maya is ₱200. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes subject to verification and volume conditions. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours.
4.4 jl86 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal request. Players may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of payment method ownership, and other supporting documents as part of this process.
4.5 Deposits that remain unused and are not subject to any active wagering requirement may be subject to an inactivity administration fee if the account remains dormant for an extended period as defined in the Platform's dormancy policy.
Anti-Money Laundering: jl86 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Players must only deposit funds from accounts or payment methods registered in their own name.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or system error during a game round, jl86 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered stake to the Player's account balance.
6.4 jl86 reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice. No compensation will be paid for the removal of any game.

10.1 Players may request the closure of their jl86 account at any time by contacting live support.
